Return & Exchange Policy

At Sincerely Supermom, we take pride in creating personalized and custom-made items with care. Because of the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your order, so please read below for details on how we handle returns and exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., custom names, designs, colors), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the mistake is on our end.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and the order is considered final.
